J & K started this blog project to document the remodel of their 1929 historical home in the heart of Oklahoma City. It has now turned into a documentation of life, food, fashion, freelance, inspiration, design, adventures and details around the J & K house.
Kathleen works as an award-winning brand consultant and designer specializing in small business branding at Braid Creative & Consulting. Jeremy is a software engineer and is the left-brain to Kathleen’s right.

Kathleen, is that guy in the black shirt named Daniel by any chance? I think he's my long lost OU Lloyd Noble bus friend, but I really can't tell from the picture!
(this is Amy Behrens by the way, hi!)
Hi Amy! I was just thinking about you and Jake the other day! I was driving along Flood near Robinson and seemed to remember that maybe you guys bought a house in that area. I remember you had issues with your wood floors, right?
Yes! That is Dan Daniels! He's a close friend of mine!
Oh good! I'll have to look him up on face book. I ran into him at Speakeasy a while back, but didn't get to talk to him at all.
Yes, Jake and I live on West Mosier right near Flood/Robinson. We ripped up carpets and redid the original floors when we bought our house. It turned out well!
Your house looks super cute! I found your blog via the rabbit hole that is the internet and I was so excited! Good job on all the decorating and redoing, it looks awesome!
Take care!
Yeah - he's on my facebook friends list - you can find him through that.
Thank you! We've been working really hard on the place. I'm glad you found the blog! I haven't really publicized it but I'm happy when my old lj friends find it.
