10 Things
I was tagged by blogger, Kirsten, to do list ten things most people don't know about me (or us).
Here we go.
1. I had to pee in my backyard in my wedding dress.
After our wedding things got a little crazy and one of my best friends passed out drunk in my bathtub. I was too afraid he'd come to any minute and see me peeing so I peed in the backyard. But really, I wouldn't have it any other way. It was all part of the fun.
2. I hate washing my hands in public restrooms.
Sometimes I feel that getting my hands wet just allows any germs on my hands to enter my body via osmosis. So if I don't pee all over my hands and am not about to prepare your food I don't wash my hands after using public restrooms.
3. We love Rock of Love and even Daisy of Love.
And there were tears involved while watching the finale as Daisy found her one true love. Yes, really.
4. I once had my purse stolen.
It's a really complicated story but I was at the gym and a lady came in and cut the locks off of 7 or 8 lockers and stole our purses. She then called the gym saying she worked for the credit card fraud company and a police officer told us she was legit and had us give her our information. She wiped out our bank accounts and even bought houses with stolen identities. She ended up on America's Most Wanted and was finally arrested about a year later.
5. Sometimes we eat cereal for dinner.
It's our favorite food. Right now I'm loving Kashi Strawberry Fields.
6. I recently got a tattoo (my first and only) of an ampersand (Bembo typeface) on the side of my ribs.

7. I photoshopped my passport photo.
My entire face is really puffy in the mornings. This means bags under my eyes (which I photoshopped out). However, my lips are puffy too which is kind of fabulous (and untouched in this photo).
Can you guess where I'm going next?
8. I lived on Cheetos and Oreos as a kid.
It took being with Jeremy to get me to eat my veggies. And I've been a vegetarian since I was a teenager.
9. Sometimes I really don't like taking my picture every day.
Especially if I feel ugly or we've been fighting. But I can't stop now - because on some days I feel absolutely fabulous and want the world to know.
10. I jumped out of a plane once.
But that's not the scariest thing I've ever done.
So, I'm supposed to tag 10 more people to fill out their 10 things but instead I want to open this up for discussion. What is something most people don't know about you? Is there something else you'd like to know about us? Let's discuss.
1) I filed and successfully defended a U.S. patent for curly hair.
2) Every day, I write a letter to whoever was president exactly 100 years ago.
3) Every day, I receive a reply from that president.
4) Being raised by wolves has an unexpected side effect of becoming an avid fisherman, sniper and saboteur, but absolutely no talent at any of these professions.
5) I am from the future.
6) I am originally from Hong Kong, where I founded a martial arts school called Jeet Jun Do, the Way of the Intercepting Fist.
7) I keep ancient relics within arm's reach because they ward off evil spirits and hobos.

Love what you did with your passport pic. It looks fabulous, oh and I have a terrible case of OCD when it comes to germs.

Oh how I love Rock of Love and Daisy of Love. I only saw a few episodes of Daisy of Love, but it was quality. I think I just love trashy tv that doesn't make me think too hard.
I remember when your purse was stolen. It seems like so long ago!
I am going to be getting my third tattoo in the next few weeks. I just need to contact that lady I want to do it, but I will have the extra cash and know what exactly what I want.
