J & K started this blog project to document the remodel of their 1929 historical home in the heart of Oklahoma City. It has now turned into a documentation of life, food, fashion, freelance, inspiration, design, adventures and details around the J & K house.
Kathleen works as an award-winning brand consultant and designer specializing in small business branding at Braid Creative & Consulting. Jeremy is a software engineer and is the left-brain to Kathleen’s right.

I'm fascinated by the claw covers... are those things hard to put on? Do they basically serve to protect your furniture or is there some other benefit? Does your cat get annoyed by them?

Kathleen (nice name!) - They can be hard to put on depending on the temperment of your cat. They are basically an alternative to declawing - they protect your furniture (and your self from cat scratches). The cats are only annoyed when they're being put on but otherwise they don't really seem to notice or care...

I wish these had worked for us, and our poor furniture. Both our cats completely bit and chewed them off within four days.
TOO sweet. Nothing makes me happier than a soft little paw resting on my arm.

I would SO have a kitty if i wasnt so darn allergic. :( I will live vicariously through your cat ownership. :)
