Snow Day!

Our office was shut down this morning - SNOW DAY!

But what you see here isn't actually snow. It's tiny little balls of sleet that sting when they hit your face.Jeremy is headed home from work early - and as soon as he gets here we're heading down to my parent's home for a Christmas Eve sleepover! I'm beyond excited about this.

Happy Holidays everyone! I'll be back next week with loot and a new wedding invitation design.

Do you all have any holiday plans? How's the weather? What's new?

P.S. Did you notice my new invitation side bar? I'm trying to make this place look a little nicer for you all.

THAT is reason for a snow day??
i'm from northern ontario where blizzards in april don't keep the kids out of school. can i laugh??

We're in Edmond and up to abut 1 foot of snow on the flat ground and hills of snow that are about 3 feet. It's insane! I hope you had safe travels to your parents!

T and J - I know, right!? We're just not really prepared for it and it's gotten a lot worse since I posted this pic. Two years ago I lost power for 7 days during a blizzard - it was really bad. I'm hoping this one stays pretty tame.

Ashley - It's gotten CRAZY! I was watching the weather and they said "I know we're kind of the boy who cried wolf and we always tell you all not to get out in this weather - but FOR REAL this time!" My parents are in Norman and we made it down early enough that it wasn't too bad.

Julie - I'm so glad you like it! I definitely tried to make it a little more functional for those coming to my blog specifically for invite designs.
