Nature Y'all!

It's working, it's working!
I spent some quality time out in the veggie garden yesterday. Trimming off bad veggies so the others could thrive, weeding and general garden clean up. Everything is thriving and I'm so excited to sink my teeth into some fresh zucchini and squash in the next week or so.
Next we're going to pull up all the lettuce and arugula squares and get some herbs going.

your garden is off to a great start! My garden pales in comparison - we havent had enough sun here in Seattle yet for much growing to occur.
Love your square foot method. I do that but don´t use the grid and end up planting too much in a small space but so far this year it´s doing well.
Hey Kathleen, garden looks great! Those zuch. flowers are excellent stuffed with ricotta and fried. Wait for the fruit to start growing before you pick them, then stuff, dredge in a simple flour/water batter and fry until golden. Best Antipast' ever!
