J & K started this blog project to document the remodel of their 1929 historical home in the heart of Oklahoma City. It has now turned into a documentation of life, food, fashion, freelance, inspiration, design, adventures and details around the J & K house.
Kathleen works as an award-winning brand consultant and designer specializing in small business branding at Braid Creative & Consulting. Jeremy is a software engineer and is the left-brain to Kathleen’s right.

It's those little things :)
It is amazing how happy my studio being clean makes me. In fact I have found that the combo of my clean studio, gardenia candle, and NPR playing in the background is my perfect work environment.
Oh man I'm so jealous you have access to sunlight!!! I should ask that when I go on job interviews. "Would my desk get any natural light or only shitty fluorescents as if I were working in a warehouse?"
Em - It's funny that you say that - because my last job was in an old converted warehouse but my desk was in a corner with huge old windows. It was perfect.
