Behind closed doors.

So... there is something I've been hiding from you guys. Our house is more than just 1 bedroom, a kitchen, dining and living room. We've got 2 more bedrooms.


The "office".


We really need to do something about this. It's just too cute with my little ruby iMac and stendig calendar/chalkboard wall to be such an unfinished mess.


I'm still loving the hallway stripes.

And then there's this bedroom.

I don't even know what this room is supposed to be.


It could be a guest/drum room. I had this idea to make it feel all parisian musician with a metal framed twin bed and the drums/guitar set up in a corner.

I think the first steps in getting these rooms to a good place is painting the walls, replacing the light/fan fixtures (with a chandelier!?) and hanging the blinds (that we bought 7 months ago).
