I was wrong. Roomba's power light was shining a dim green and not up to vacuuming.
So finally, Jeremy performed a little bit of surgery.
I'm not going to lie. I was wary. The guts of our Roomba were just laying there all open and exposed, covered in dust and cat hair. Jeremy took the circuit board to work to solder two tiny parts he'd ordered online.
He brought the circuit board back home and and closed Roomba up.
And then! Roomba made a little song, started dancing around and vaccuming up all the dust and hair that had gathered in corners and under furniture.
Welcome back, Roomba. We missed you.
And extra props to Jeremy for performing a miracle on this little guy.
I totally have that rug in my kitchen.
ReplyDeleteI love that rug. I need to get some extra tape so the Roomba doesn't pull it up. We bought two and put them side by side right under our bed.
