Recently Liz casually mentioned Jeremy and I painting the trim to our home grass green. Usually I'm really good at visualizing but this I'd just have to see it.
So in her spare time she mocked it up for me. I like it!
Then I found this color palette on Kuler.
Lately, I've been thinking that old tudor-style home look really sharp with black trim. I'm not sure the best way to combine the grass green, black and cream but I'm going to start snapping shots of homes I like around the area with brick and wood trim.
Of course, all of this won't happen for another year. Then it'll be wood stormer windows (to replace the ick metal) rehabbing all the woodwork on the windowpanes and painting.
Whew! I obviously have no control over Photoshop. Thank God I'm not a designer. The roof looks technicolor!

I still stand by the grass-green trim. Make it work.
a house across the street from me has very similar trim to the second colour from the left. the brick and style of home is like yours as well. i'll take a picture for you.
