The Nissan Cube

Yesterday, Jeremy and I were headed home from visiting with my family - after thinking he was just taking a couple back roads (which isn't too terribly unusual) we wind up at the Nissan dealership.

We pull in and I see The Cube. I've had a crush on this car for over a year.

I just made the last payment on my Scion xB and am starting to miss that new car smell.

The dealer asks us if we want to test drive The Cube. Jeremy tells me to take the wheel.

And it handled nicely.

For about a minute I thought we were going to drive this car home - but that would be no way to simplify.

It was a sweet surprise that turned into a fun outing. And it kind of made my day - without adding a car payment to our lives.

    I just bought one of these, and I love it. I hope I don't seem all creepy-stalkery reading all your old posts, but I particularly like the home remodel/design stuff. You did an awesome job.

    Haha! You're not creepy-stalkery at all. Do you like the Cube!? It was just a little too much like my xB as far as performance is concerned - I think I'll need to upgrade to something a little peppier (or a hybrid) when I get a new car (which won't be for a long long time).
