This Weekend

IMG_2523.jpg
This weekend is going to be about Summer '09 - the summer my friends and I are predicting will go down in history. So Weekend To-Do: have a blast.

I'll be back on Monday with pictures.

I need a soundtrack for Summer '09. If you had a soundtrack for your summer (or life) what kinds of songs would go on there? I'll share my playlist at the end of the season.

  1. my first thought was "Gravity Rides Everything", Modest Mouse. Fantastic driving song. Songs about summer come to mind too (esp. the Death Cab one, "405"). Summer soundtracks always seem to mean more Yo La Tengo for me too. Oh, and perhaps most important: Tom Petty. anything, everything, always and forever. Have fun!!

  5. I agree to lots of Tom Petty. Pink Floyd is my always summer music because my dad was obsessed and we listened to hours of them on road trips when I was little.
