Liz is selling her home. For $95,000.*

Remember when her house was on SFGirlbyBay and you all were all "OH! Her house is my DREAM HOME!" Well. Now it really can be. Liz moved to North Carolina last year and has been hanging on to the property justincase. But it's looking like she's settling down in Durham with no plans to move back. This is me shedding a single tear. See the details here.

*For those of you wondering why I live in Oklahoma and how I can afford to buy rental property - this is why. The cost of living here is dirt cheap. And it really is a pretty great place to call home.

  2. WHAT? ONLY $95k? I couldn't even get a studio in downtown Denver for that price - le sigh. Liz's home has got me reaaaally wanting to move somewhere where we can actually afford our dream home. I wonder if OKC needs a vegan bakery, hmm..

  3. Sara - I KNOW, RIGHT!? Her furniture is, unfortunately, not for sale. Because I've already called dibs on all of it.

Ashlae - We DO need a vegan bakery. F'reals.

  5. LOVE. Also, that shade of grey in the living room is perfection. I'm buried in grey swatches for our main room and dining room and still can't decide.

  6. A house for under 100k and it doesn't have squatters living in it? This doesn't exist in Portland.

Could I commute to Canada from there?
Even in Winnipeg (which, I mean, have you even heard of this place?) that price can't buy you this:
