Root Juice

This is technically a Braid project but I can't help but share this design I did over here. I first met this client Paige on Twitter - when she told me she had a dream we were playing sand volleyball together. Then I learned that she was on a year-long honeymoon with her husband, Ryan, following summer & surf around the world. Surfing is something I've been wanting to try for a while so I was all "Hey! Teach me to surf!" So after a few emails back and forth we were pretty serious about going on a surfing vacation together - but when Paige & Ryan were held at machete point in Central America they decided to pack up and explore Europe for a while.

So while Paige & Ryan were busy becoming world travelers they were also brainstorming what's next. They decided on a juice truck. When I met up with Ryan & Paige in Austin to kick-off this branding project their enthusiasm for this venture was contagious. And their vision is huge - this is going to go way beyond just juice. Watch out, Houston.

Now that we have the identity finalized, next Tara and I get to brainstorm and design the actual truck and help name the juices once the recipes are nailed down. Seriously - dream job.
