House progress

Jeremy and I have been incredibly productive with our couple post-vacation days off.

Yesterday we gave all the woodwork trim in our hallway a fresh coat of white paint, painted the chalkboard wall in the pantry, and painted the baseboards in our bathroom.

Today we're working on the hallway.

We're doing it! We're going with Creme, the same color as our living room, and Black Magic (both Sherwin Williams in a flat finish).

Now I'm wondering if we should paint the doors (the side that faces the hallway when closed) black like the photo above. Maybe just the french doors to my closet... That will definitely be a project for another day.

What we have left to do:
• Paint stripes in hallway
• Paint Bedroom 3 (office) with chalkboard paint DONE!
• Touch up wall paint in bathroom and kitchen DONE!
• Grout kitchen tile (where the tile was patched on the floor)
• Wire kitchen FADO light to the on/off switch
• Put together and hang hallway light

• Fix cabinet light
• Install pantry light
• Install blinds in Bedroom 2 and 3
• Reorganize hall closet

I'm not sure how much we can get done today - I'll be happy if we can be done with painting.
