So fine in oh-nine.

I love resolutions. I love them so much I make them year round and am more than happy to make them on New Years Eve. I used to keep them a secret - in case I didn't keep them. However, as I get older I seem to know what I want and how to execute to make things happen.

So here they are...

1. Quality
This applies to everything but especially the things I bring into our home, the things I wear and what I eat. It's easy to let clutter build up and ignore that it's there - so along with quality I will be getting rid of anything I don't love, use or need.

2. Be Inspired
I want to be inspired by traveling, listening, and actively observing the world around me. And to document those moments. Not just in this blog but in a shoebox or notebook of some sort. I don't have an exact vision but I imagine it will surface as it happens.

Two-thousand-and-eight was highlighted by creating a home with Jeremy and making it ours. From it I've discovered a passion for interior design and developed an aesthetic that continues to mature and change. A special thanks goes at to all the blogs on my blog roll for exposing me to so many rad ideas.

Jeremy's resolutions include hanging blinds, insulating the attic and finishing out the two yet unfinished rooms with coats of paint and new ceiling fans. And to buy me more quality shoes.

Happy new year over and over again!

P.S. Scooty Boots and Dinahsaur have a resolution too.

To cover their poop with top quality litter every. single. time.

  1. Resolving to buy you more quality shoes? Jeremy is more selfless than I knew! Haha.

Didn't intentionally make that rhyme. I swear.
